The Villa of Borgo dei Conti della Torre is an elegant historic residence built in the 17th century.

On the Ground Floor, the Villa features two large rooms directly connected to the outdoor garden, made very welcoming by original wooden beams and charming decorations depicting rustic scenes created by Ciro Cristofoletti around 1965.
The two rooms can accommodate, respectively, 140 guests in the larger hall and 65 in the smaller one.
On the upper floor there are a library, a reception room, and a large central hall where conferences, important business meetings, or small refreshments can be organized.
The entire floor is adorned with fine late 18th-century friezes surrounding the doors and features a 19th-century wooden plank floor.
Great care has also been taken with the outdoor areas, which enhance the Villa’s setting with an elegant Italian-style garden, an outdoor swimming pool, and an impressive fountain.
Surrounded by the greenery of the English-style lawn garden, the pool at Borgo Dei Conti Della Torre offers a space of absolute relaxation where Bed&Breakfast’s guests can unwind away from the noise of city traffic.

The Chapel dedicated to Saints Peter and Paul, dating back to the 15th century, is consecrated and can accommodate around forty seated guests.
The small bell gable likely dates from the 18th century, while the portal was enlarged in 1930, the same year as the small window depicting the Trinity between Saints Sebastian and Roch, protectors against the plague.
The apse is very beautiful, featuring a 15th-century style vault and ribs, while the exposed roof of the nave with terracotta tiles was probably redone during the 1965 restorations, the same year the sacristy was built.
